• Users must create an account to list AI apps.
• Accounts are available to individuals who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account passwords and for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility

Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By posting content, users grant AIAppFor.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and display the content. Content that is illegal in the United States is prohibited.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information. Users consent to the collection, use, and sharing of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States for storage, processing, and use by AIAppFor.com.

5. Payments

Payments for premium listings can be made via Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency, cash, gold bullion, and beaver pelts. Users can request refunds within two weeks of payment, following the default policies of the payment processor used.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the "What's New" tab. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIAppFor.com does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any AI apps listed. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. User Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and be respectful to others. AIAppFor.com reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who violate these principles.

10. Intellectual Property

Feedback and suggestions submitted to AIAppFor.com become the property of AIAppFor.com unless otherwise agreed upon.

11. Limitation of Liability

AIAppFor.com shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
